HOA INSURANCE and 2024 Budget Update as of November 9, 2023:
The board has voted to proceed with the insurance proposal from CREST Insurance and has voted on a budget which includes a dues increase of $16 per month to $245, starting January 1, 2024. There will be a special assessment of $1525 per unit in due January 31, 2024. Owners can contact the property manager if paying the full special assessment by the due date poses a financial hardship to make arrangements. The budget for 2024 is HERE.
The special assessment is required to offset the significant decrease in HOA Reserves that is reflected in this budget. The board has made every effort to manage this exceedingly challenging situation with due consideration for the financial impact on individual owners, our obligation to ensure the property is adequately insured, and our obligation to maintain the financial health of the HOA.
