BUILDING PAINTING-The following buildings will be painted in the coming weeks (weather dependent):

• • 372-396- Week of August 14

• 332-344- Week of August 22

  • 286-298- Week of August 29

  • 240-254- Week of September 5

TREE MAINTENANCE- At the request of the impacted homeowners, and after review by the board, the evergreen in front of unit 323 will be cut down. This tree blocked much of the natural sunlight to the south-side, front of the unit, and caused significant icing and sidewalk damage.

Additionally, because of the danger to life and property that it poses, the large dead/dying cottonwood behind units 415 and 351 will be removed. This beautiful tree was struck by lightning several years ago and has not faired well. Tree crews will be working in the area around the beginning of September, and the cottonwood will require significant work. Once the exact dates are scheduled, we will post it.
